Executive Chairman of the Board
Steve is an angel investor and independent director who has worked primarily in the financial services software space. Current investments include Rivo Software - a UK company in the GRI space, Dovetail a payments software solution and Point9 - a cloud based mid and back office solution.
Andy Davies has over 10 years experience in collateral management starting in a hands-on role moving to risk management, client services then business development in the vendor space. Andy’s role in CloudMargin is to own business development and strategic direction.
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Stuart has over 10 years experience in collateral management covering client on boarding, client service and has led collateral management product teams in a number of companies. Stuart’s role within CloudMargin is drive product development and client services.
Edward has over 15 years experience in financial services IT, principally in collateralised products, developing real time high-performance web applications. Edwards role within CloudMargin is to own the technology build, design and support.
Global Head of Sales
Karl has spent a majority of his career involved in collateral management and clearing with various institutions. Prior to this position Karl spent 18 years at JPMorgan in both London and Hong Kong where he held regional/global sales roles in the collateral management and clearing businesses.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in global investment and retail banks and also a FTSE 100 company. He is responsible for enabling CloudMargin’s strategy through financial discipline, efficient operations and strong governance to give our clients the best collateral management experience.
